March 13, 2016To whom it may concern,Recently we received a letter ID [redacted] about a complaint that occur Feb14th, 2016, We address the problem/concern the same day it happen with the customer and they agree to the solutionWe also send them an apology letter, explaining them with more details the regulations of our small business and a check of $which is the different of the amountWe made it clear from the beginning that either they were all going to get crab legs or no crab legs at all, because the waitress was in such busy day, We have time to be checking every customers receipt so we make it easier for them, also because we have had a lot of previous customers who would say they wouldn't get grab legs and they would end up getting crab legs and it's a big problem for the businessThis regulation is apply to everyone who walks in this buffet, we don't make any exceptions, and we don't want to be unfair with the other customersIn this buffet you pay upfront so there shouldn't be any confusion with the customers, we also placed a big sign outside saying the price for the whole day would be $17,99, I hope you understand our reasons now and we apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication,Sincerely yours,Richard N [redacted] Manager
