I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. FIRE has yet to fix the issues which were identified by [redacted] in 2014. The bond company determined that this case is only resolvable by a "Trier of Fact." The CSLB is continuing their investigation into the possibly illegal actions of FIRE.

F.I.R.E. does not deserve even 1 star. Be careful when working with this company, they are a scam and are untrustworthy. They have worked on my property without a permit or an approval by my city. F.I.R.E. company is unprofessional and unreliable. They have also filed claims to my insurance for services that have not been performed well or not at all. Our contract started on December 25, 2015 and till this day March 6, 2017 they have still not completed their job. Over a year on repairs just for a garage and a house porche. After we settled the claim with my insursnce, and also accepting and cashing the insurance claim check, they did not advance on their repairs and at this point, I don't know if they suddenly disappeared or if they will come back to continue working. For these reasons, I filed a complaint to the CSLB.

+3

I had a minor house fire on July 2015. It's been almost 2 years and my house till this day hasn't been repaired.
These fraudulent thieves owners of F.I.R.E JULIETTE ZUCCOLOTTO ,her HUSBAND GREG Zuccolotto and the contractor Daniel M. Gebara are not to trust. They are Experts in embezzlement, fraud, negligence, they will forge your signatures to claim insurance funds. And they will not do the job!
Pilar, please call us we'd like to hear your bad experience with this fraudulent company.

Review: Breach of contract, the company did not do the work in the way it was agreed upon, their workmanship is below the industry standard. They submitted documentation to the insurance company stating high quality materials and then installed lower grade materials. They filed claims with the insurance company for services not performed and materials not supplied. Due to their incompetence the interior of the home that was supposed to be cleaned and restored to a pre-fire condition is still covered in soot.Desired Settlement: Attempts to remedy this without legal involvement were unsuccessful. We are now attempting to mediate but the company is dragging its feet, refusing to supply requested copies of their license, liability and worker's compensation insurance, and cancelled an agreed upon scheduled mediation appointment.
