Fire Island Concessions

Review: I misunderstood what type of camping this was. I didn't realize it was only accessible by ferry, and that we would have to carry gear in. We have children and a pet with us. Originally wanted to cancel, but discovered it is completely non-refundable, non-transferable. I was never contacted back about my cancellation request email request of 3 weeks ago. I also called within the last 2 weeks, and was never called back. Since discovering it's non-refundable, I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL, but can't get them to call or reply to even find out if I still have a reservation. Starting to seem really questionable as a business.
