Hello,While I appreciate the President of Fireking, and someone who has been with the company for almost years responding to this case, but you do not seem to have any of the facts of this caseI twice reached out to your company for assistance, STILL WITHOUT RESPONSE TO THIS DAYThat shows an inability to run a proper customer based companyThank you for providing me with the name of the next company that I will be going afterAt the end of the day, the product is yours and yours alone, no mater who the vendor isFireking was contacted on separate occasions, and I was blatantly ignored on separate occasionsYou do not have the correct information regarding the delivery eitherThe available days were Tuesday and Friday as well as weekends that is more than 50% of the week and quite good flexibilityThe delivery company confirmed a day that would work for myself as well as the delivery company, and then did not show up in the agreed to windowWhen a similar case was opened against them, they were unable to provide phone logs to prove any unanswered call occurredThey actually produced a manual entry log that lined up with the calls that were actually made to me and uncommon times for the calls that were said to have been made to me, but were now (Like 6AM)There was not a single unreturned call, and my phone records (Which were provided to the delivery company) show thatI also have GPS information from both myself and someone else to show were at the delivery location hours before and after the agreed to delivery window and a voice mail saying when the delivery will occur. The order was refused after said delivery company blew off their delivery window and then did not meet the deadline that was set by me for them weeks after the blown off delivery window. I have these logs as well as my own phone logs to show calls were not made when they said they should have been. You took almost months to respond to this inquiry, and when you did, you had absolutely none of your facts correctThis aligns with your poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. A lack of response or a response with further incorrect information will result in a court case where your company, if found liable, will be responsible for not only my costs to go to IN to dispute this case, but also up to times those costs when found liableYou have days to respond with an acceptable and accurate rebuttal

Mr*** ordered a FireKing file from *** ***, *** *** than ordered the file from *** ***, a distributor
of FireKing files*** asked FireKing to help them find a local instalation
company that would be able to deliver and install Mr***s fileFireKing was
able to locate a company that could do the instalation however when they
contacted Mr.*** he had futher resticktions than previously relayed to usMr
*** would only accept the file on WednesdaysThis did not fit into the schedule
of the delivary company thus resulting in a delay for the develaryOnce the
delivary company was able to get ahold of Mr*** he told them that he had
cancelled the orderThere were numerus calls made to Mr*** that he would
not answer and finally he asked that we have the install company stop calling
him.We do our best to accomidate customers schedules however we do not own the
install companysI beleive that if Mr***s schedule was a bit more flexable
he would have received his file in the time frame quoted at the time of the
purchase
