Scott J. is a wonderful instructor. We love the equipment and his recommendations for our safety!

Review: A. They quoted me a price of $286.00 per alarm, a free Fire Extinguisher, free Fire Blanket and free installation. I signed the contract trusting they had calculated it correctly. The following day as I reviewed the contract, I discovered that they had listed the cash price as $1,797.00 including tax and with my down payment of $100.00, left the balance due as $1697.00. When you multiply $286.00 times four, the total cash price should have been $1,144.00 minus the deposit of $100.00, the balance due should have been $1,044.00. That is a total difference of $653.00.

B. The document does not have a contract number to refer to.

C. Mr. [redacted] indicated that I could call him if I had any questions. I called him twice and left him voice mail messages. He has to this date not returned any of my calls.

D. I called their office and was informed that there is no one in their office by the name of [redacted]. They allowed me to leave a message for Mr. [redacted]h. Only when I left a message that I would cancel the contract if I did not receive a call back, did Mr. [redacted] call me. Instead of re-writing the contract correctly, he offered to send me a check on Monday April 25, 2016 for $359.00. That amount does not equate to the difference. He further indicated that he would speak to me either Wednesday or Thursday of next week.

F. They never notified me of the right to cancel within three days as contract law requires.

I have therefore sent them an email cancelling the contract and want to ensure they do so.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $100.00 deposit and cancellation of the contract.
