I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We have paid the $400 fee on 9/24/2014.  Even after coming back twice, you still did not finish cleaning the air vent over the oven.  If you want to come back and do the job right, that would be OK.  Otherwise,  I will never do business with you again.

We advised Mr. [redacted] that he would need to stay onsite during his hood cleaning, since we had spent in excess of 12 hours on the job and it is normally billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour. We went out again on Saturday 9/20/2014 and he was suppose to stay the entire time, he left shortly upon us...

arriving and left his cook there to stay with us. The cook was satisfied with the cleaning, however he call my employees the following morning to complain yet again. I have video of the job and we are satisfied. Since this is the fourth time I have been there and he has refused to stay each time, we will not be going back. He needs to pay his bill of $400.00 or I can bill him for the total amount of time spent on the job.
We had problems with an employee cleaning hoods under the table for cash and this was one of his faithful customers, so Mr. [redacted] was paying that cleaner $250.00 cash - we have since turned that employee in to the local authorities and a case is being pursued through the district attorneys office.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.

Please be advised that we told Mr. [redacted] not to pay his bill and he insisted that he pay - we will not be going back to service this customer, his excuse for not staying is he has to drive 45 minutes home, this is a 3 hour one way trip for us, 6 hour drive total.
