Customer made a payment of $20,towards the balanceI agreed to close the claim once the check cleared the bankIf the customer does
not pay the balance of $15,I will file another claim.

Sent: Thursday, June 18, 3:PM To: drteamSubject: Regarding my complaint,, Houston Revdex.com assigned ID ***, against AGS, LLC (roofing company) filled 5/28/Houston Revdex.com dispute Resolution Department, I am in receipt of your e-mail notice of the response by AGS, LLC to the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com regarding what I considered to be inappropriate sales activity by a representative of this company at my homeThis response was provided by a Msdottie *** Ms*** does not identify her position with AGS, LLC but I am assuming she can speak with full authority for the management of this company. The explanation for this particular sales activity at my home seems to be that it was do to over anxiousness to make a sale by inexperienced people representing this companyWhile there is no specific commitment to not conduct similar activities in my subdivision I take it from their comments that is not their accepted way of doing business and that it will not happen again either in my subdivision or elsewhereI accept this apology and explanation of this aberration to sales practices by AGS, LLC and also would like to thank the Houston Revdex.com for their assistance in helping to bring this complaint to a satisfactory conclusion *** ***
