I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Revdex.com spoke to consumer and the following was relayed: The agreement was that we could keep the container until the carpet came inThe business agreed to cover the cost until September in lieu of replacing the broken and damaged itemsThe carpet took longer to come in than expected and will not be installed until September 10th-12thThe container will be ready to be removed by the middle of SeptemberConsumer did refuse business offer of settling for $but did offer to resolve issue for $which includes payment of $for August, September, and October (even though they will not have or need container in OctoberRevdex.com did suggest, regardless of agreement, that consumer put storage container in her name for September and onward

This was six months ago and she has not allowed us to pick up her stuff and return the container which is...

not ours and is a monthly rental. There was no mention of damage, missing items, or the driveway until we requested money and the consumer filed the complaint. We did agree to a deal back in the beginning of July where if the consumer paid the unit up to date and the rental unit was returned prior to August first there would be no charges. The consumer agreed but never sent the check and/or had unit removed and extra charges were incurred.
