I just bought a brand new Honda vehicleI discovered paint problems the day after when I washed the carI came in to get it fixed, but the dealer said that the weather was not optimal I agreed that the weather was not the best because of the recent firesI have no problems with thatThe dealer agreed to polish it to correct the mistakesHowever, by "polish" they meant hand wash even after I explicitly said polish multiple times and in many different ways for these people to understand as just washing won't fix the problemThe first two days the car was in Lee ***' handsThe FIRST DAY, prior to leaving the car to him, he handed us a paper to sign that said that the car was going to be washed and cleanedI asked him what wash and clean included and he said something along the lines of waxing and cleaning the vehicleI told him that I didn't hear any "polish" in his response, to which he replied with a rhetorical question asking that if both waxing and polishing are the sameI told him that polishing and waxing are two very different things and that we came in to have the car polishedIt was obvious that Hamer Honda didn't want to polish the car Later that day we were told the car was ready and we went to pick it up We went and to our surprise the car was not polished even after I told Lee [redacted] to please have it polishedThey perhaps only washed the carIt was evident to Lee [redacted] that the car still had dirt and water spots That is after I pointed it out to him as he told me the car was "ready." I gave him and the dealer another chanceDAY TWO, the car looks cleaner on the panels, but still evident that the car hasn't been polishedMy assumption was that they only waxed the vehicle as the dirt and water spots are still thereOther workers got involved such as Esmeralda [redacted] and the a manager named SimonEsmeralda was nice and asked another chance to, "make things right." Simon kept making excuses that the dealer didn't have some compound to fix the problem and that he already order the compound and that it was on it wayThis took place in the eveningThe compound here and the compound thereIt is a magical compound by the way he describes itFrom his attitude, it was easy to tell that he didn't careHe just wants to pass the problem to someone else and caat the end of the monthTerrible behavior for a managerThe resolution of the night was that Hamer Honda was going to make things right and have it ready the next dayI gave Hamer Honda a second chanceTHIRD DAY, we call in to check the car is ready and we are told after minutes and the phone that it is readyWe get to the dealer and ask for the carThe person who we asked is named Richard [redacted] He handed us a paper to sign to which I asked if I could first see the car and then signHe then called to bring the car over but the car was not even in the dealerEsmeralda came and I asked her about the car and she said that she was going to checkWe sat and waited and then another individual came to speak with us about the vehicleCorey [redacted] is his nameHe came and said that the car was in the bodyshop and that it was being worked onHe said that the work might not be ready by that same dayWe were angry and frustrated because this was day three with such a simple problemCorey was nice and said he wanted to, " make things right." He said to wait a few hours and that he was going to update us with any informationWe waited and were approached by Simon once againSimon is one the individuals that told that the car was going to be ready by the next day which became todayHe said that the car was not readyI asked him if they worked on the car and he said yesI asked him what type of work they did and he didn't knowSo he made a phone call and I asked to speak with Corey because obviously manager Simon didn't care at allWe spoke with Corey and he said they worked on the carCorey said that the bodyshop needed and extra dayAt that point we didn't want to keep wasting time with these peopleI asked for them to bring the car backThey brought the car and it had the exact same marks, the same dirtI asked Corey what work the body-shop do and he said that they only inspected the carThey DIDN'T EVEN WASH ITIt took them one entire day to just say, yes this car needs more than a wast is ridiculous the amount of incompetence that Hamer Honda hasI'm am very frustrated and angry with Hamer HondaWe left with the vehicleIt is notable to mention that we were not the only ones unhappy with the service It makes me wonder a lot what Hamer Honda does or might do with less informed costumersWe spoke with many different people and were unable to resolve the problemMy advice to the reader is to STAY AWAY from Hamer Honda in Reseda as this is not a problem with one person but with a good majority of this business. The odds that your are the exception for competent service are slim

advertising Advertised lease price was not honored and was told they could not deliver at that price The dealer wanted me to then pay a higher price to make the dealI have the advertisement to prove my statement

This Honda dealership can't be trustedI purchased a "NEW" Honda HRV last year with milesThere were not indication or marking saying the car was in used conditionThe sales and GM said it was new, but I later realized that the car is classified as "USED"The sales contract even said so in small printDo your homework and be ready to walk away because the sales team will tire you out and you will make the wrong decisionGoodluck
