The customer has asked for a refund but continues to refuse to send the product back to me. he has lost a case in ebay, a case at the credit card company and now he is trying the Revdex.com. he is a piece of sg dirt who wants something for nothing. if he wants a refund the policy is
simple. the shoes must be new and never worn, all shoe tags must be in original condition and still attached and the box in acceptable condition. if he cant meet these request then no refund can be given. he refuses to return so I will not give him a refund. once the product is deemed resell-able then and not damaged by the customer a full refund can be awarded. its that simple. thank you
