I really was afraid when I started looking for tires. I thought that me being a retired women going into my seventies and having never bought a tire in my life I would be taken advantage of. I did shop around and finally called them and [redacted] answered the phone. That man knew and explained way more than I thought possible over the phone without even looking at my couch. He personally went over everything when I got there and even went out and completed the work himself on my rv. THANK YOU [redacted] AND FIREBIRD TIRE!!!!
