We acknowledged that her name was not on the bagI told [redacted] 's son that I would pay for what it cost to sew the name onI did refund [redacted] two seconds after I got off the phone with her [redacted] , we are human and we make mistakes sometimesIm sure you can understand that we are very sorry we forgot to put your name on your bagIt amazes me how [redacted] would not take the time to talk over the phone to find a solution to this issue that works for everyoneBut she will invest in all this time to do it in this manner.?

Good afternoon ***, My name is *** *** and I am The owner of Firefighter Turnout BagsI recently received a letter from you regarding *** *** ID#*** told me that she did not know if the gear she had was the correct gear to use for a bagI told her about the two
different types of gear( Structure and Brush gear.) I told her that she could mail me her gear and if it was the incorrect type of gear(brush) Id use my own gear(structure) for her bagShe agreed. I received ***'s gear and it was the correct gearIt was structure gearSo...as stated over the phone, I used her gear. We made the custom bag as she requested on her order form and We also pushed her order ahead of time per her request because she said it was a giftWe shipped the bag. Two weeks later, I see her bag back at my shop. She had sent it back claiming she now wanted a backpack instead....out of the same material we used to make the purseSo we would 1- not have enough fabric to do that and 2-take it apart witch would take probably three hours to do and it would destroy the fabricand 3-we don't do that. I called her and to my surprise she already spoke with my assistant who was in tearsShe was extremely aggressive and demandingBecause I always tell my employees to be extra polite and accommodating to our customers, she was very intimated and scared to stick up for herselfMy assistant offered her several solutions to help However none were satisfactory for ***. I then called *** and offered her several solutions but she would not let me speak.She asked for a refund. I refuse to tolerate people, customers or not...that use harsh language and name callingSo I hung up on her and refunded her money in full within the same five minutes I spoke with her. I will never allow anyone to treat me or my hard working, polite employees the way *** was treating usWe did everything she asked and we delivered in a early manner for herWe did everything we could do in our power to make her happy. I have been in business since I over deliver on every product I makeThis is the first time anyone has ever done this and I believe that our track record speaks for itself.
