Do not buy from this company! They do not stand behind their products nor do they believe in customer satisfaction. Bought a small item but had to pay half the cost of the item just for shipping so my $11.00 Beannie hat somehow turned into $17+ ... Then I got it and it was not of good quality or as described. I requested to return it for a full refund but they refuse to reimburse the over priced shipping costs. Nor do they cover shipping costs to get it back to them. So I either have to eat $6.00 shipping fees PLUS pay additional fees to return the sub par item. For $11.00 back, cancelling out any money I would have gotten back plus not having the item. Or keep the item and be out $17+. Very poor customer service. Not safe company to buy from.
