I wanted to provide some documentation regarding this baseless compliantAttached you will find Ms***' signed fee agreement, credit card authorization form and both her unpaid balance statementsMs*** has made and contradicting statements to the Revdex.com regarding her billShe stated FCSPC "took $1986" form her account, this is untrue and Ms*** can not supply any document that shows otherwiseMs*** then contradicts her first statement about the amount FCSPC received when she was billed per her signed fee agreementMs *** has been billed for mental health services and court litigation fees, per the fee agreement that she signed prior to any services being renderedMs *** is unhappy that her court case did not go as she had hoped, the fees for the services provided are documented in the court case and are indisputableAgain, Ms ***' entire complaint is without merit as is clearly evidenced by her signed fee agreement, her signed credit card authorization form and by the court recordWe at FCSPC understand that times can be tough but that is no excuse for making statements and displaying a complete lack of integrityIf Ms *** would like to meet her obligations but is unable to pay in full, FCSPC can place her on a payment plan contract, all she need do is either answer our calls or call our billing manager her self

I paid for those services up front and I have proof of payment. Two weeks after trial they tried taking 1900 out of my account without my consent or permission. I have not received a bill for the additional charges nor did anyone try and call me regarding what the extra charges are for. I did not consent to the additional charges and firefly counseling services are scam artists. I paid for all their services up front and there is no merit to the additional charges. I will be filing criminal charges and a civil claim against them for fraud. They are sending me to collections for money I do not owe. This company are fraudantly charging me for something that they did not discuss with me. They just tried draining my accountSincerely,[redacted]
