agreement that the residents pay by certified funds, from that time forward. The TAA lease allows for us to request payment, by certified funds, at anytime. Although we do not have a drop slot, we have on several occasions made an appointment to pick up rent afterhours at their residence in order to accommodate the residents. To this date the residents, of [redacted], have not been made to pay or charged any late fees.
