I am sorry you feel you were mistreated in our establishmentWe do our best to keep Firehouse a safe and enjoyable environment for all our customersUnfortunately drugs are something we do have to deal with from time to time and as it is illegal to have video
cameras in a restroom, we do rely on our employees and other customers to inform us when illegal activity may be taking placeIf we have accused you of something you did not do, I am very sorryWe have re-structured our security team since the incident occurred and have an all new staffWe do our best to not get aggressive with our customers however, we do have to take any accusation seriously.

[I am not satisfied with this response, since the security guard said that he was told it was black girl in the bathroom doing drugs, when it was just my friend and I in there Also, he told us that if we found other black girls in the bathroom then he would kick them out instead of us If they felt that strongly that it was us, why would they offer to let us stay instead of the other supposed girls in the bathroom Also, he kept changing his story, first it was just a customer that told him and then it was another employee and if it was another employee then why would he not have them come over to verify that it was us? if they take the accusation of drugs seriously then why would they not have the employee come over to verify that it was indeed us Also if they felt that we were doing drugs, then why did they not check our purses or call the police? We were wiling to let them check and we requested that they do call the police since we felt attacked and they would not comply, they just kept threatening it Lastly he said he was told that we were doing drugs and then said that he watched us go in and timed us to see how long we would be in there If it was just random that a customer supposedly saw us then why was he watching us go in and then timing us? ]

As I said, we have an entirely new security staff at this point. The guards that worked here when this incident occurred no longer work here. Please let me know what you would like me to do so we can resolve this matter.

Review: I was enjoying an afternoon at the firehouse, and I went into the bathroom with my friend. As we were leaving a security guard was waiting for us and said he was kicking us out since he was told we were doing drugs in the bathroom. I asked him who said it and he said he was told three black girls were in the bathroom doing drugs, but we their was only two of us, he then proceeded to tell us if we went in there and found three black girls he would kick them out instead. We told him we were the only one in the bathroom and offered to let them check our purses and he refused. We said that we did not of drugs and would do a drug test right there, and he got mad and said if we do not leave he will call the police. We asked him to please do that since we would like to speak to the police as well, and he said no just leave. We asked to speak to a manager and he delayed on getting one, then I asked him how he thought we could be doing drugs if we were only in there for five minutes, and he said that we were in there for 15 since he was timing us. He brought up bringing the police again and when we replied that we wanted to talk to them, he still refused to call them. He finally gets a manager and I explain the situation of what happened and he says I'm sorry I have to back him up. I then asked him how he could verify if we were doing drugs if he was not in the bathroom and he changed his story and said his co worker and customers said it. I asked him to bring the co worker over so she could make sure it was us, and he refused. I was really upset since they had kicked a girl out earlier and let her back in after she threw water on someone, but then they behaved so aggressively with us for doing nothing. I asked for their names and no one would give it to me, and when I called the next day the manager told me she would give me a free breakfast, but when I said all I wanted was an apology from the security guard she got upset and said she didn't understand why I didn't want to let it go.Desired Settlement: I just want them to stop getting aggressive with people and finding out for sure if people actually were doing drugs before they just go in and accuse them of it.
