I bought a product from Firehouse Vapor, LLCand they knowingly sold me and incomplete, opened item at the new item price They refuse to refund On 5/16/18, I went into Firehouse Vapor, LLC and bought a xxxxx Tank A man who I think is the store owner was working this day The purchase was a debit purchase for $ The packaging had a seal on it but the man working the store acted a little suspiciously when I was buying it and looked in He said that he guesses it doesn't come with glass replacement but had already sold all of them in the store and knew exactly what should have been in there He used deception to assure me that everything was in the package and I purchased it A couple days later when I realized that he had sold me an already opened package (even though the seal had been replaced) with the replacement glass removed he refused to give me a refund I was told they would send a replacement glass sometime in the future when they got it I would not have purc
