Claims to have 20 years of experience but they open doors 9 years ago. I would not buy anything from them. Why lie when the truth is not so bad. They can claim 10 years of experience and it would be OK.

Firemall llc customer service number doesnt answer anyone, it just sing and said someone will answer, but no one answer then hungup on you. If anyone dispute my claim call this customer cr 8777984139. call as many times as can, I promised you that nobody will answer the phone. Very poor customer service.

I called firemall llc 10times in 3days, nobody respond to my call, I purchased V6 Dyson in walmart which is still under warranty by firemall. Very poor customer service, becareful if you plan to buy product in any store that uses firemall as their Insurance agent.

Firemall LLC sent the wrong item to fulfill my order. I sent it back after having to send them photos proving that they sent the wrong item. I asked for a refund. I was told that I would receive a prompt refund after Firemall received the wrong item back. Firemall received the wrong item back on a Monday. They did not issue a refund as of four days later (Friday). I called twice during business hours to their Toll-free number. No one answered. I left a message that was never returned. I sent an email informing them that I intended to dispute the transaction with my credit card company if the refund was not posted by close of business. Firemall did not answer my email until the following Wednesday, only stating that " I'm sorry, to hear about the delay with your refund. We have already processed your refund." Firemall did not mention when it was processed. They may processed the return five minutes before they returned my email??? I followed up with my credit card company to ensure that the dispute was on file. I plan to let the credit card company make any further contact with Firemall. They have not been helpful in providing prompt customer service to resolve this simple issue of a refund.

A refund has finally appeared on my credit card account ten days after the wrong item was received by Firemall. It appears that it took Firemall seven days to process the refund, and it took three more days to appear in my account. I believe a lot of my concerns may have been alleviated if I was able to contact a customer service representative at the Toll-free number.

Review: I purchased a refurbished [redacted] Up 24 from [redacted] with a 90 day distributor warranty. The item stopped working correctly and after going through [redacted] for product support the item was unable to be fixed. I contacted [redacted] and they gave me the contact information for Firemall LLC for the warranty (###-###-####). I contacted the number listed and the 4 times I called, the representative hung up on me after I mentioned the [redacted] Up warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like my unserviceable item replaced as it is still within the warranty period.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] Silver II headset hz770 on 11/**/2014 and it broke I send an email to the seller on 10/**/2015 and the company was no help and claimed that the item only had a 30 day warranty. The description on [redacted] and [redacted] both state 1 year Warranty. The seller in the email they sent me said "we are not an insurance company" This was a very poor response considering this item is still under warranty.

The headset is now discontinued and no longer available, I ask that it either be replaced with an equal or better model or a full refund issued.Desired Settlement: I either want the headset replaced with a equal or better model or a refund of the purchase price of 69.99
