Very Unhappy with Service on newly installed wood stove - I do not recommend Fireplace Doctor -- poor follservice
Took time visits to get our Wood stove installed - they ordered the wood stove and did not realize it was missing parts on arrival Not very professional
Then after weeks the vent cap cover came off and was found laying in the yardWhen I called the Fireplace Doctor to get it fixed, I was told that they were too busy and could not come right out They would come out in 2-weeks It appears that Customer Service is not one of their prioritiesTo avoid additional visits, I suggested they make sure they have all the parts (since it blew off and I was not sure if any parts were missing), they said I should photo the cap and the chimneyUnfortunately, I am too old to be climbing on roofs so I am unable to help with picturesI would expect they would know more about the products they sellFor an newly installed wood stove, I expect better service

I am more than happy with the service I received from the Fireplace Doctor in Colorado Springs. The domineer of the office was friendly and responsive. When the Technician arrived (Benjamin) he was friendly and insightful. He trouble-shot the issue, and left me confident the problem would be resolved. When a technician returned (Brian) with the ordered parts, He also was friendly, held a nice conversation, and also explained what he was doing. I had gone to another Fireplace repair shop before finding The Fireplace Doctor, and they charged me a lot of money and didn't fix my fireplace after several times of coming to my home and charging me. The Fireplace Doctor was able to to figure out the issue on the first trip and fix it on the second trip once the parts where availabe .. I recommend the Fireplace Doctor to everyone in Colorado Springs. I plan to use the Fireplace Doctor to put in a remote starter, which I was quoted a reasonable price.
