They refuse to properly install a wood stove. It has failed final inspection twice from the county and they have refused to call me back, or answer RevDex.com request for a timely resolution.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, uses kids to do the work that really don't know what they are doing, having to call and check up all the time to see when they will finish the work and did a mediocre job.
Customer service is horrible. Dragged the job out for weeks longer than it should have taken, left no owners manual, didn't show us how anything worked, never called and asked to see if everything was ok.
Once we finally got the job done, never heard from them again. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I don't know how they have a high rating.

Review: We purchased fireplace logs October 27, 2014 and they worked for a few days then would not work again. We contacted the company and they stated it would be the following week before they would be able to get out to correct the problem. So about a week later we get a call stating that their service tech's vehicle has broke down and they will not be out until the weekend. So our appointment was changed until Saturday morning. Well Saturday Morning comes and goes and when we call the company we are told that we may not be seen as we were being fitted in because of jobs already scheduled. When the tech finally shows up at 5:00 p.m. he shows us how to reset the logs and leaves. The next day the logs stop working so we try to reset them but they will not reset so we leave a message and the company calls us on Monday and tells us they will replace the logs and schedule an appointment for a week out. Well they replace the logs and we end up with the logs not working after the tech has left. My husband calls and tells them that he wants a different set of logs that work. They were suppose to do that on Dec 8th between 9 and 11 but they did not show up and when he called they told him they would have to reschedule. This is the worst customer service I have ever had and if I could find these logs somewhere else I would get my money back and go there.Desired Settlement: We would like a working set of logs , a set that we will not have issues with. We use the fireplace to help heat the house and is the only source of heat when the power is out. I have serious health issues and do not need to deal with this aggravation. If they are not able to provide what we were sold them refund our money so we can try to go elsewhere.

Do not do business with this company. The staff is very rude and the technicians have no idea what they are doing. I ordered a fireplace insert and was told it would be installed on a Tuesday. I took the day off from work for the appointment and they didn't even show up. I called and they told me that I was actually scheduled for Friday. They didn't even bother to let me know my appointment had changed. On the following Friday, the technician showed up and after 10 minutes said that the unit would not fit and that they could "sell" me a free standing unit instead. This sounded allot like "bait and switch". I immediately told him no and to cancel my order. They has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms or customer satisfaction and working knowledge of the products they sell. I will this site would allow a "zero" rating, however one star is my only option. Buyer beware!!!!

Review: On July 15th , 2013 contacted this company to start a warranty claim due to a crack in our fireplace insert that we had installed in November of 2012. I spoke with [redacted] and after providing the necessary information to start a warranty claim, I was told that a claim has been approved and the parts would be shipped from the manufacturer. I was told in an email that She would have the parts by the first week of September. On September 12th I emailed her and she said she would like to install on the 23rd-27th of September. I responded on the 19th of September to schedule the date and never heard back from her. I contacted the company again two weeks later and she responded by apologizing stated that someone should have called me and that the part came in broken from the manufacturer. On 10-05-2013 I was told they were reordered. On 10-16-2013 I was told 7-14 days they should be in. On 11-11-2013, the parts according to the company the parts still have not come in and I was told they cant control when the manufacturer ships the parts. I asked the company to call the manufacturer and ask for an updated arrival date. I have not received any updating information.Desired Settlement: I would like our fireplace insert repaired. We have been trying to repair this for 5 months through this company with no result yet and with the winter season arriving we are upset we can not use our fireplace.
