This customer has already had a lawyer contact us to get insurance information, when our insurance company contacted them for information (details of damages they are claiming, doctors records, any kind of information as the letter from their lawyer was very vague) they did not respond The paralegal they got on the phone just says the lawyer may get back to them Failing to make any case for damages or "neglect" as they claim, they are obviously striking out and insulting us in any way they can The most obvious thing that they are lying about is that they say we did not connect the liner, when the fact of the matter is that when a representative from [redacted] went out to try and find any problem, he found (by disassembling the fireplace insert and taking pictures up the flu line) what he believed to be a SMALL RIP in the liner near the connection to the flu collar He sent me the picture as well and I talked with him about it When we called the ***'s to schedule to pull the insert out and look at the rip to see if it did go all the way through and need repair, they did not even return our numerous phone calls The principals of draft (hot air moving upward, pulling combustion air into the appliance which is then heated and moved up the flu) would cause more room air to enter the negatively pressured liner than flu gasses it would put out into the brick fireplace surrounding the insert and liners and then into the room That said, as soon as the ***'s complained about a smell that made them naseaus we told them to not use the insert until it was fixed I find it hard to believe that they had enough carbon monoxide from a small tear in the liner to make them sick when you can buy NON-VENTED fireplaces at Lowes right now that vent straight into the room at "an allowable level" The ***'s have been the worst customers I have had to deal with in over years of being in business They are rude, bossy and have completely unrealistic scheduling expectations During this very long process, we installed two different inserts that [redacted] covered with no extra expense because Mrs [redacted] claimed the first one was not what she ordered even though it was the model written on the invoice that she would have signed! When we came back with the second insert we found that another contractor (Masonry) had completely blocked the unit in (which is never for a fireplace insert) We had many trips between many problems and the whole time the ***'s were rude to us All of our technicians are factory trained and certified, but they would refuse to see one technician or another I was very offended by their rude behavior late one Friday night when I had to make another special trip out to their house, supposedly just to put in a brick refractory accessory and I know I came off much ruder than I should have and although I did stay to deal with their leveling issue (from so many units in and out and masonry changes) and Mrs [redacted] did apologize for offending us, I think this is where all this anger on their part comes from I should have been more professional in holding my tongue (Is the customer always right?), but it doesn't make any of their ridiculous accusation about trying to kill them true If the ***'s feel they truly have a claim here (we were not paid anywhere near their claim amount for doing the job in the first place), then they should take it up with our insurance, the claim is already opened and lawyers waiting for their response Sincerely, Randy Y [redacted] Fireplace Services, LLC

To Whom It May Concern:
I have the pictures in detail from when *** *** came out to evaluate your work(In details as you failed to install the fireplace properly and you had exhaust leak)Amazing how you change your story to protect yourself as it also was *** *** who said the exhaust leak could have killed us if we did not have an old cabin which was not air tight
You amaze me by making claims after YOU and YOU alone miss-installed a fireplace a sinus infection and COULD have killed usYou INSULT us in My home and your the victim? I cannot believe you are in business years with this attitude and workmanship
What did we do except pay for a fireplace to be installed correctly, not once but twice you came out and DID not fix or find the problem
Talk to *** *** who fixed your problemTalk to *** *** who said you know you screwed up to himTalk to *** *** as NO you would rather walk away and blame who? The home owner who simply paid you to do a job correctly
I am amazed if the Revdex.com does not take your license before you actually kill someone through your work or assault a home owner from your anger in their home
AMAZING

This customer has already had a lawyer contact us to get insurance information, when our insurance company contacted them for information (details of damages they are claiming, doctors records, any kind of information as the letter from their lawyer was very vague) they did not respond. The
paralegal they got on the phone just says the lawyer may get back to them. Failing to make any case for damages or "neglect" as they claim, they are obviously striking out and insulting us in any way they can
The most obvious thing that they are lying about is that they say we did not connect the liner, when the fact of the matter is that when a representative from *** *** went out to try and find any problem, he found (by disassembling the fireplace insert and taking pictures up the flu line) what he believed to be a SMALL RIP in the liner near the connection to the flu collar. He sent me the picture as well and I talked with him about it. When we called the ***'s to schedule to pull the insert out and look at the rip to see if it did go all the way through and need repair, they did not even return our numerous phone calls. The principals of draft (hot air moving upward, pulling combustion air into the appliance which is then heated and moved up the flu) would cause more room air to enter the negatively pressured liner than flu gasses it would put out into the brick fireplace surrounding the insert and liners and then into the room. That said, as soon as the ***'s complained about a smell that made them naseaus we told them to not use the insert until it was fixed. I find it hard to believe that they had enough carbon monoxide from a small tear in the liner to make them sick when you can buy NON-VENTED fireplaces at Lowes right now that vent straight into the room at "an allowable level"
The ***'s have been the worst customers I have had to deal with in over years of being in business. They are rude, bossy and have completely unrealistic scheduling expectations. During this very long process, we installed two different inserts that *** *** *** *** *** covered with no extra expense because Mrs*** claimed the first one was not what she ordered even though it was the model written on the invoice that she would have signed! When we came back with the second insert we found that another contractor (Masonry) had completely blocked the unit in (which is never for a fireplace insert). We had many trips between many problems and the whole time the ***'s were rude to us. All of our technicians are factory trained and certified, but they would refuse to see one technician or another.
I was very offended by their rude behavior late one Friday night when I had to make another special trip out to their house, supposedly just to put in a brick refractory accessory and I know I came off much ruder than I should have and although I did stay to deal with their leveling issue (from so many units in and out and masonry changes) and Mrs*** did apologize for offending us, I think this is where all this anger on their part comes from. I should have been more professional in holding my tongue (Is the customer always right?), but it doesn't make any of their ridiculous accusation about trying to kill them true
If the ***'s feel they truly have a claim here (we were not paid anywhere near their claim amount for doing the job in the first place), then they should take it up with our insurance, the claim is already opened and lawyers waiting for their response
Sincerely,
Randy Y***
