Review: On December 9, 2014, we hired [redacted] to install a wood stove in our home. We gave him a $3400.00 cash deposit (I have a receipt), and were told we would get an email right away with stone samples. We were also told that we would be contacted with an install date for the 1st or 2nd week of January 2015. As of today, January 6, 2015, I have not received the samples or heard from [redacted] or another member of his staff. I have sent 3 emails, two from my personal account and one directly through his website, and received no response. I have left 4 voicemails between December 22nd and January 6th, during business hours, and have not gotten any response. My husband called during business hours on January 5, 2015 and got no answer or return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like my $3400.00 deposit returned as I cannot trust this company to do work in my home.
