Review: We purchased a gas fireplace and mantel package from this business February 2015. When it was installed it was installed improperly and was not the same color as the wood sample we were provided with. After several communications and pictures sent to them, they admitted it was not installed properly and sent someone out to correct it. We were also promised that they would replace the whole unit (mantel) due to the color being so far off from the sample. It is now a year later and any time we contact them they keep saying that it will be soon. On May 20, 2015 we were told it may take 2 months, in December 2015 we were told it would be done in February 2016, in February 2016 our reply from the owner was: WE WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN WE ARE READY TO SCHEDULE. It was all in caps with no explanation as to why it is taking so long.

We have run out of patience and believe the business has no intention of following through with their promise. We have kept all of our emails to them and from them for proof if they are needed.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: Would like the business to follow through with their promise of replacing the whole mantel unit with color chosen at time of purchase. Would like this done ASAP as it has already been over a year.
