Review: My daughter and I went to the restaurant for lunch. I sent my meal back after taking two bites. My daughter ate three bites of her steak and couldn't eat any more because of the saltiness. When the waitress brought us our bill, I asked to see the manager. I was told he was too busy and I would have to pay for both the meals. "There was nothing wrong with them, you just didn't like them." When I went up to the cash register to pay my bill, the young lady went and double checked about paying full price for our meals. She was also told that it was our fault we didn't like the meal. I think the treatment we received was deplorable! I will never eat there again and I will be sure everyone I know hears about the treatment we received!Desired Settlement: I would like the prices of our meals refunded.

received was asking for $28 refund, our records show the check to have been for $25.88. Neither of the meals were sent back or complained about until the plates had been cleared and the check had been given to the table. If the customer had complained earlier in the meal, we would have been happy to serve them something different, but it was not brought up until more than half of each meal was eaten and the customers were ready to leave. No staff ever told the customers that it was "their fault" they did not like their meal. On Sunday, during brunch, our manager is responsible for cooking, we are sorry that he was unable to speak with the customers.

I sent my hamburger back after 2bites. It was returned to my table by the server with the statement, "There is nothing wrong with this hamburger." The server took it back to the kitchen and then returned with the plate asking if I wanted to finish the fries I sent it back and said no. The server did ask if I wanted something else and I told her no. My stomach was churning from the few bites I had eaten. We didn't send the steak back, but did complain about it to our server, and the cashier. My daughter only ate 3 to 4 bites. Neither of the meals was over half eaten. Both our server and the young lady that cashed us out went back and spoke to the chef/manager. Both came back and told us that the chef said it was our fault. I was in error on the. Check total. I was so shocked at the response from the kitchen, I left without my receipt. However I do have my bank statement. I am still expecting a reimbursement.
