I had windows and a sliding door installed in July of I had paid the balance due when the work was complete which was a big mistake on my partThe next morning it was windy and I heard a whistling coming from the slider and noticed there were two holes on the side where air and light was coming in so I called and they sent someone to "fix" itThe fix was putting draft blockers on it with screwsIt looks hideous so I called and stated I did not pay good money for a slider to look at screws and patches and still when the wind blew there was whistlingA week later they sent the foreman that installed the slider to my houseHis opinion was that the door was defective and he would tell the ownerAnother week goes by and they say they are waiting for the manufacturer to help solve the issueSo now they tell me they are sending over a *** *** representative to check the doorIt turns out they man who came to my home was a door salesman and only sold doors, not manufactured t

I do not wish to stay at any of the above listed resorts in the future. The request for discount was for my previous stay. Not for future stays. So offering the $100 off for a minimum of two night's stay in the future is irrelevant. I will not accept this response.

Our offer to resolve this stands. This complaint was fabricated in so many ways. We will not counter-offer this person. We will offer $100.00 on a 2 night stay. If he feels he does not want to stay here, then that is his choice. Note: The FREE WiFi was fine, otherwise we would have had 22 complaints which we did not. There must be something wrong with his equipment. Our staff is professional and not rude. In most cases the person feels someone is rude because they were not given what they wanted. I would suggest he contact the manufacture of his PC or cell or tablet. This case is closed on our end.

I am [redacted] husband, and I was with her for this hotel stay.
The business's response is as dismissive as we were treated during our stay. Our devices work perfectly, and we had 2 computers, 1 iPad, and 2 iPhones with us, which all had no problem connecting to Starbucks Wifi in Big Bear town. In fact they have no issues connecting to Wifi anywhere.The hotel staff disclosed that they were having Wifi issues and that a tech would be coming to their hotel to fix the issue. We were told that we were not the only ones with this issue. This issue is not closed, and as the Revdex.com, you cannot allow them to whitewash their poor service. You need to hold them accountable.
We demand a partial refund for their lack of Wifi and the line of ants that were running through the Kitchen over our food.
