I do not feel that Concrete Made New will properly take care of the issues with my pool deckI've talked to several other companies and they say that the concrete coating texture needs to be removed and reinstalled to have a proper surface for any type of coating to adhere toConcrete Made New only does coatings not concrete substrates so they don't have the knowledge or experience to repair my deck properlyIn addition, in the process of just installing the .coating, Concrete Made New splattered my gazebo, pool tile, and landscape lights and wall with stainI don't trust them to strip and refinish the deckI fear what kind of damage they will do in the processMrM [redacted] said they will strip and install a new product in a timely manner but I haven't even heard from him in over months about the issuesI would like Concrete Made New to refund the cost of the price they charged me to stain the cool deck plus the cost that a competent concrete company will charge to remove the deck texture and prepare it for a new coatingAlso, nothing was said by MrM [redacted] about the inadequate thickness of the patio clear coatI would like this addressed as wellPlease feel free to call me if you have any questions or need any further explanationThank You, [redacted]
