I tried...

to contact the business for almost two weeks before I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.  I spent several hours trying to call (where the line is unavailable) and wrote two emails before I took action.  I replied to the email I finally received from Firestone Grill, but at that point I had already filed my case with the Revdex.com.  I did not return their call since I felt there was nothing that could be done at that point.  I appreciate Firestone Grill for making reparations.

Review: 10/04/13: Had lunch at Firestone, paid bill with VISA debit card in the amount of $17.8810/07/13: Saw that I was double charged $17.88 on my online banking. Contacted [redacted] through Firestone's website with the following detail:The information from my bank is: - Trace number 0[redacted]27 $17.88 - Trace number 0[redacted]25 $17.88 The information on the receipt is: - Server: Madison - Time: 12:38 PM - Date: 10/04/2013 - Table: 4/1He informed me to wait 5 business days to be credited.10/17/13: No credit on bank account, contacted Mr. [redacted] again.10/23/13: Mr. [redacted] told me to "Call your bank and have them reverse the charge"Sesloc informed me that it is VISAs policy not to dispute charges under $25 and that the restaraunt would have to make it right.11/05/13: Took bank statement into Firestones, showed it to Hal (finance) who informed me that there was nothing he could do to make it right. I asked for cash or store credit in the amount owed and he declined.In my opinion, that is stealing, is it not?Desired Settlement: $17.88

Review: I went to Firestone Grill on October 11, 2014 and ordered food to eat in the restaurant along with food to go. My order number was 317. I ordered 4 rib dinners at 13.89 each and 10 trip tip sandwiches at 9.25 each. The total 148.06 plus tax for a total of 159.90, and I left a $10 tip so my total bill was 169.90. The food to go was given to me packed tight in two large bags. I live in Seaside, CA so I just took the bags without checking them and drove home from San Luis Obispo, CA. When I got home I unpacked the bags and found that the restaurant had only given me 8 of the 10 tri-tip sandwiches I paid for. I tried to call immediately but the line was busy. After numerous times of trying to reach the business by phone I came to realize they do not accept phone orders so the phone has a constant busy signal. Finally I wrote an email to explain the situation and request a refund for the two sandwiches I had not received. On Sunday 10/18 I wrote another email requesting them to make contact to resolve the issue or else I would contact the Revdex.com and my bank.Desired Settlement: I requested the business refund 18.50 plus tax for a total of 19.98 for the two sandwiches I paid for but did not receive. I never heard back from them and they are not available by phone. I filed a dispute with my bank so the bank will handle the refund.
