Ms [redacted] on feb 1st asked us to trade her old car impala for toyota avalon of her choice she owed $on the old car not including financing we gave her $for her old car and agreed to pay us $on the new loan $each month starting march 18th , she paid march 18th The 1st week of april she drove her car to us and told us about ignition issue key hard to turn that was in the afternoon we told her to come the next morning and we will help, she did not show , april 18th she did not pay because she paid other place $to fix ignition we offered to pay $ On may 18th she did not pay for the 2nd month we contacted her several timed she would not take our callson may 21st we repoed her car and akron police was notified we will be willing to give Ms [redacted] her car back if she pays $thats giving her $credit and no repo fees

Hello Ms [redacted] ,On feb 29th a year ago [redacted] purchased a Saturn vue from us at firestone park motorcars , a few days ago I received a call from Ms [redacted] that she hit a chuck hole in the rd and her car will not steer , I told her I will sent someone right a way to help her , when he got their , he noticed a tow truck already their to tow the car to another place called action tire , Ms [redacted] told me worker the tow truck guy is saying the steering rack is broke and action tire because the worked on the front end of her car and they must of done something wrong , a day or two later she called me again and asked me to help her with the car because its not covered by action tire , I told her to tow it to us which she did , she also told me she can only pay $towards her payment that was due march 15th because she had to buy the steering rack , I told her it was ok , the I found out she never bought the part to fix her car, so we did and we paid for itAfter dismantling the parts to replace the broken steering rack , we realized that she has a bad wheel barring and it must be replaced with a new one other wise it would be unsafe on the rd , we bought it and replaced her old one, we finished the car and contacted Ms [redacted] to pay $to cover the cost of the parts and we informed her that we are not charging her for the any labor cost, and pickup her carShe was not happy with us changing her bad wheel baring and trying to charge her $for the new wheel baring and she should only pay for the steering rack $It would be unusual for us to reinstall the old wheel baring back on the car , so we are asking Ms [redacted] to please pay $for the parts and the balance of the march payment of $for a total of $365.00.we have no idea why Ms [redacted] would file a complaint against us even after trying to help her , the work he have done on her car would cost at least $at another service garage If the better bus bureau would like us to and would help resolve this issue firestone park motorcars would cancel the cost of the wheel baring, that would leave a balance of $

I am rejecting this response because: Im still being charged for something I never asked to be fixed by them im sorry I feel like he is trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman I had the that we agreed on I have job to maintain so that I can make thes payments as well as take care of my children and other billsNow if we can get back to that I can do it and pay the car note as long as he is willing to work with me I have not skipped out on ever paying him before but this to me is very unfairLogical thinking if I dont have a car I cant go to work which means he wouldnt get any money

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/03/15) */
Andrew M*** came to our car lot looking for a vehicle and in discussing his wants and needs for said vehicle it was mentioned that we had a Toyota Camry that we had not yet brought back from the auto auctionMrM*** offered to drive
the vehicle back for us for the purposes of test driving the vehicle to which we obliged
Upon delivery of the vehicle to Firestone Park Motorcars MrM*** stated that he liked the car and agreed to purchase the vehicle for $with a $down payment
Approximately days after purchase MrM*** returned to Firestone Park Motorcars and notified us that the engine was making noiseUpon inspection we found that the engine had no oil in itAny vehicle driven for even one day with no oil in it will likely fail in some wayUnfortunately we cannot speculate as to why the vehicle had such a degree of oil loss while MrM*** drove this car as we do not know what events may or may not have taken place during his time of possession
MrM*** has a warranty in which we provide free labor for repairs with the consumer being responsible for the cost of the necessary parts during the finance period for the loan of the vehicle
In good-faith, Firestone Park Motorcars was willing to help MrM*** above and beyond the conditions of the above stated warranty as such below
We were able to locate an engine for this vehicle in the amount of $for which we asked Andrew M*** to reimburse half of this expense for a total of $cost to MrM***To further assist MrM***, Firestone Park Motorcars also offered to defer half of this $amount and add it to the total of his existing loanThis meant that Andrew M*** would only need to supply $at the time of repair for his immediate cost
Although the repairs have been made, Andrew M*** has refused to pick up his vehicle and now we are being made aware of this complaintWe at Firestone Park Motorcars feel that we have made a very strong good-faith effort to help Andrew M*** as we do all of our customers

Hi Ms ***in my 1st response I gave more than one option , one of the options is to do exactly what *** *** , so again if the Revdex.com would like me to and it would resolve the issue then I will accept the offer the customer wants of paying only $for the steering rack only , no charge at all for the wheel baring, plus $the remaining of march 15th payment for a total of $

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
On 3/27/Firestone Motors told me to drop my car off and the ignition would be repaired no chargeOn 3/29/I called Firestone Motors and told them the car wouldn't start and it need to be towed to them*** said I have to pay to fix the ignitionOn 3/29/I paid Abra Cadabra $to fix the ignitionWhen it was time for my $payment, Firestone Motors wanted $Then they wanted $When they received the letter from the Revdex.com, Firestone Motors reposessed the car on May 21, and said they wanted $to get my car backI have several voicemail messages to prove itFirestone Motors sold my Impala without my knowledge and offered me a vehicle for equal value.I haven't received my receipt for the power steering pump and there's a labor charge of $still on my receiptI paid $cash for the pumpLabor is freeFirestone Motors sells lemonsI'm tired of repairing their vehicles and their not deducting from my paymentI want my license plates, contents of my car, and I'm done doing business with Firestone MotorsI've been harassed, two men showed up on May 7,on Mercer Avecausing a scene and blocked me in, without a repo truck trying to take my carOne man called Firestone Motors saying I "threatened" him, said the police was coming, and then leftOn May 8, Firestone Motors called and said my payment of $was due

Ms [redacted] on feb 1st asked us to trade her old car 2001 impala for 1998 toyota avalon of her choice she owed $2342 on the old car not including financing we gave her $2000 for her old car and agreed to pay us $3323 on the new loan $200 each month starting march 18th , she paid march 18th . The 1st...

week of april she drove her car to us and told us about ignition issue key hard to turn that was in the afternoon we told her to come the next morning and we will help, she did not show , april 18th she did not pay because she paid other place $120 to fix ignition . we offered to pay $60.
On may 18th she did not pay for the 2nd month we contacted her several timed she would not take our calls. on may 21st we repoed her car and akron police was notified .
we will be willing to give Ms [redacted] her car back if she pays $340 thats giving her $60 credit and no repo fees .

I am rejecting this response because:
Im still being charged for something I never asked to be fixed by them im sorry I feel like he is trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman I had the 150.00 that we agreed on I have job to maintain so that I can make thes payments as well as take care of my children and other bills. Now if we can get back to that I can do it and pay the car note as long as he is willing to work with me I have not skipped out on ever paying him before but this to me is very unfair. Logical thinking if I dont have a car I cant go to work which means he wouldnt get any money.

Hello Ms [redacted],On feb 29th 2017 a year ago [redacted]  purchased a 2004 Saturn vue from us at firestone park motorcars , a few days ago I received a call from Ms [redacted] that she hit a chuck hole in the rd and her car will not steer ,  I told her I will sent someone right a...

way to help her , when he got their , he noticed a tow truck already their to tow the car to another place called action tire , Ms [redacted] told me worker the tow truck guy is saying the steering rack is broke and action tire because the worked on the front end of her car and they must of done something wrong , a day or two later she called me again and asked me to help her with the car because its not covered by action tire , I told her to tow it to us which she did , she also told me she can only pay $50.00 towards her payment that was due march 15th because she had to buy the steering rack , I told her it was ok , the I found out she never bought the part to fix her car, so we did and we paid for it. After dismantling the parts to replace the broken steering rack , we realized that she has a bad wheel barring and it must be replaced with a new one other wise it would be unsafe on the rd , we bought it and replaced her old one, we finished the car and contacted Ms [redacted] to pay $200.00 to cover the cost of the parts and we informed her that we are not charging her for the any labor cost, and pickup her car. She was not happy with us changing her bad wheel baring and trying to charge her $50.00 for the new wheel baring and she should only pay for the steering rack $150.00. It would be unusual for us to reinstall the old wheel baring back on the car , so we are asking Ms [redacted] to please pay $200.00 for the parts and the balance of the march payment of $165.00 for a total of $365.00.we have no idea why Ms [redacted] would file a complaint against us even after trying to help her , the work he have done on her car would cost at least $800.00 at another service garage . If the better bus bureau would like us to and would help resolve this issue firestone park motorcars would cancel  the cost of the wheel baring, that would leave a balance of $315.00.

Ms [redacted] was suppose to show the next day march 28th she did not.She is saying she has all our voice messages that means she would not take any of our calls and did not try to make the 2 payments april and may.We also offered to pay 1/2 of the $120 repair we are willing to help Ms [redacted] , also she can come at anytime to pickup her license plates.
