explained that we do not repair basement leaks.  Due to your dissatisfaction with our company, we agreed to obtain the services of a landscaper and split the cost of the foundation drainage repairs.  After our conversation on May 2nd, we requested an estimate on your behalf.  At this time, the landscaper informed us that he was 7 days out on estimates, weather permitting.  We will forward the estimate to you as soon as we receive it and attempt to resolve your concerns.  Please feel free to contact us by phone as we are not aware of any emails that you have sent after our conversation last week.  Thanks.
