Review: I purchased a front passenger tire about 4 months ago and paid for road hazard protection. I hit a pothole and blew the same tire. I contacted Firestone to get a replacement and was told that they would not have the tire for 2 weeks. I called their management office and asked them to call the local Newburgh store. They did but said they could not get the tire for a week, but I could purchase another tire right away if I could not wait. I cannot wait a week for a tire as I am driving on a very bald spare and will not pay for a new tire when I paid extra for this "protection." Can you please help??Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for. A new tire in a reasonable amount of time - a day or two. I would appreciate your help.
