bad tires complaint

sep 2022 I bought four new tires as of june 2023 I had fibers showing on driver side front I took it back to firestone they checked to make sure it wasnt out of line every thing on that was good I had 70000 mlie tires on it they replace them with 65000 mile tires back on it I ask them why they where changing the back tires and was told they were cupped my old tires had 20000 miles on them they prorated them but I had to pay more money for the new tires.they said tire were bad I dont think I should have to pay for more tires if the set I had were bad, they should replace them with the same tire for free.they dont stand behind their tires, nothing wrong with my car line up they checked that was all good but I had to pay for tires that were rated for 65000 miles and my old were 70000 miles your tires were bad but dont make me pay for your bad tires thats a total of 1300 in nine months for tiresif this is how you treat your customers I will go back to goodyear.store is 866broadway in bowling green ky

Customer service policy problem
Last Sunday I attended the Purple Heart award ceremony here on Merritt Island Florida. There were 21 honorees and the program went over by an hour. When I got o my car I saw a low tire pressure warning was lit. The parking lot is less than a half mile from the Firestone dealer so I took my car there. The store closed at 1600 and I arrived at 1645 while the staff was closing the store. They told me Firestone policy was that they could do nothing as I could not sign in on the Firestone computer. I asked if I could leave my keys so they could move the car in the morning. Again the answer was no as the Firestone policy did not allow this. There was no option that aligned with your policy. These are policies not laws and procedures for dropping of cars after hours are well documented throughout the industry. I commend your store employees and manager for sticking to your policies but simply telling me over and over again it they could do nothing they can do is the opposite of customer service. (Again this morning when we talked to the store manger he said the same thing.). He said If I sent this to Firestone the he would be the one his boss will tell to tell me this all over again. Again poor customer service. He tried and offered to pay me to forget my complaint. Again poor corporate policy. I'm retired military and have nothing do other than this.
