We have never had a complaint submitted in years of serviceNot saying mistakes haven't been made But we have always fairly dealt with each situation individually With that being said We have worked to try and please this NEW customer Mr [redacted] We agreed that he would pay only for the labor and parts of the repair and the other invoice of $would be removed, that was in January That was the last contact with him We were unaware of him still being unsatisfied until this claim All Pro will agree for Mr [redacted] to pay his desired settlement of $ Thank you [redacted] All Pro Htg A/C & RefrigLLC [redacted]

The first two invoices are a record of your February and April wine club Shipments totaling 6 bottles of wine at a value of: $145.15When you visited the Tasting Room on July 31, 2016, to pick up your 6 bottles, you decided to return some of the wine in your shipment and replace those bottles with...

(See highlighted receipt)You returned 1 bottle of 2014 Reserve Pinot Noir CoSting $28/bottle for 2 bottles Syrah Clone 174 costing a total of $48.00You also returned 1 bottle of Merlot CoSting $16/bottle for 2 bottles of Reserve Chardonnay Costing a total of $43.20You left the Winery that day with 6 bottleS of wine(AS proven and Shown in the pictures you provided in your email-See attached) Wines you went home with:2- Chardonnay Reserve 20142- Syrah Clone 17420131- Cabernet Franc 20131- Cabernet Sauvignon Chairman Series 2013When you left the winery you were missing 2 bottles which appears to be Our fault and apologize. You were missing:1-Chardonnay SYV 2014 1-Chardonnay Reserve 2014I have refunded those bottles to the CC we have on file for you(See receipt at bottom of thread with cc credit) Your total for the six bottles went from $145.15 to $174.53 because you choose to return the Merlot and replace it with the more expensive Chardonnay Reserve. hAgain, sincerely apologize for the Confusion and misunderstanding. We agreed that he would pay only for the labor and parts of the repair and the other invoice of $255 would be removed, that was in January.  That was the last contact with him.  We were unaware of him still being unsatisfied until this claim.  All Pro will agree for Mr. [redacted] to pay his desired settlement of $212.50.

I can't receive the refund because they made credit my refund to closed credit card account (amex) I email J[redacted] as follow on 10/07.

Please use same credit card account that you charged it on 07/31 the last four with 8288 VISA.
