Just following up on the response to this complaint that was filed.  We did stop in at Firestop Solutions numerous times to try & communicate with the owner to rectify the situation but every time we stopped by he was "unavailable".  We tried calling & finally connected  with [redacted] who assured us that he would take care of us by ordering the piece of the fence that we need.  That was over a month ago & we have had no return communication from the business since.  We have tried calling & following up several times which resulted in him telling us "that he was in the process of ordering & would call us back when it was there."  He has never returned any of our calls & usually when we try to reach him we either get put through to voicemail or hung up on.  This whole process has been going on for over a year now & I just feel like as the consumer we are getting nowhere & there are no policies in place that are designed to help me get my product or the information that I need to be able to go to another business to purchase that product.

Review: We had vinyl fencing installed by this company. Since then we have a section that was damaged in a storm & need to order replacement section. Company failed to return phone calls. When finally did call again the Owner [redacted] said he would get what we needed & then never called back again. After calling 4-5 times over 6 month or more period finally told the owner we would take care of ordering ourselves since he apparently didn't want our business, however the manufacture name & color of our fencing was not provided to us to be able to do so. Called back again to get that information & was hung up on. Very rude! Now will not answer my calls to give me the information needed to proceed without this business.Desired Settlement: Just want manufacturer name & color of product we need to replace.
