I don't agree with his response because before I let the other shop touch my car I called him and asked him what he wanted to do I thought he was going to come get it he told me he wanted to see the car however I told him I wasn't going to pay to have it towed there the work was held up in case he wanted to go for hours he never showed up so I had them do it he did not try at all to explain the problem to me or try to work with me in any way he just denied that it was an issue so I don't agree with him at all the first thing the other shop said to me is whoever replaced your mounts did them wrong that's why I knew they were the cause of the problem

My car was shaking terribly I didn't think it was AG&G responsible at all My car was towed to a garage close to my house,They called me and said whoever did these mounts did them wrongCreated another problem I asked them to wait so I could the shop who did the mounts I called ag&g I explained the situation said he wanted to see the car I told him where it was however I couldnt drive it he never responded I took the recipt he stated he stood by his work and was not responsible,I would have accepted that if he went to check his work before he decided he wasn't responsible All American Tire did not know the mounts were replaced months earlier by AG&G He has not accepted any responsibility at all
