November 17, 2015Dear Representative at The Revdex.com:
In response to the above-referenced complaint, enclosed herein please find a copy of the following documents:
- Signed Annual VIP Agreement dated 12/16/14 the party of complaint and Firm Foundation. You will...

find that the aforementioned agreement is very clear as to both parties obligation. A carbon copy of the said agreement was given to the party of complaint. - Dated letters requesting payment for her past due memberships, including no show fees and late fees.
- A copy of [redacted]'s Certification as a Certified Professional Coach, dated 11/20/2014. - CPR Certifications and Clearances for all our volunteer childcare providers.
- A letter from one of our clients who was a participant during one of her classes.
- A picture she posted and tagged [redacted] on April 9, 2015; therefore, debunking her Problem Occurring date of 1/5/15 and Talk to Company date of 3/4/15. On this same date she completed a Life Coaching questionnaire for a scheduled appointment which she no showed, incurring a $25.00 no show fee. Never at any time did she make any complaints verbally or in writing.
The phone calls made to the party of the complaint were in an effort to resolve the matter amicably without taking legal action. Her falsified complaint and defamatory comments against Firm Foundation may result in legal action against her. This is a clear case of “Buyer's Remorse”. The party is an educated medical professional who is using her Cerebal Palsy as an excuse to avoid her financial responsibility. We will let that speak for itself.
Firm Foundation Health & Fitness Studio is a business who has a wonderful array of clientele from business professionals to amazing stay at home parents. We are certified in Group Instruction, Nutrition and more.
We are more than willing to avoid a small claims action against the said party of complaint and would accept fifty percent of her balance which is in the amount of $200.00 (two hundred dollars and zero cents) no later than 30 days from the date of this letter which at that time we will consider her financial obligation closed.
A continuation of her defamatory false statements against Firm Foundation Health & Fitness Studio may result in a slander and libel legal action again the party of complaint.
Thank you.
