I put a down payment for a Honda Accord on 10/04/for 1,The dealer said price of the car was 4,The dealer never provided signed contractThen the dealer said that the price was no longer 4,and raised it to 6,then after taxes and fees going to be 9,I said that I no longer wanted the car and he refused to give back cash depositInstead, he said he was going to call repo if I did not return the car the next dayI still have receipt from deposit and text messages from the dealerPlease help guide me in this horrible situationThank you!
