DO NOT TRUST THIS INSURANCE COMPANYI was coming up to a renewal and was called and asked if I wanted to renewI declined and let them know I would be switching to [redacted] since they offer better coverage for less money so I did not wish to renewBEFORE MY PAYMENT WAS DUETheir customer service person said "okay thank you" and hung up on me! A few days later I see I WAS CHARGED ANYWAYWhen I call them to get it situated I was told "He should have handled that better" and was told it would take 8-days to get my money back and they refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisorThat is outrageous and horrible customer service and I am so very angry with how poorly I have been treatedDO NOT go to the branch on 27th ave and This is where I was scammed and ripped offAfter many many years with this company I will NEVER return

My car was hit by someone with Acceptance Insurance After jumping through many hoops to get someone on the phone to report the claim, I was finally referred to an Acceptance adjuster who I was told would call me within hoursAfter a week, I finally got a call back only to be told that Christian B [redacted] was not my adjuster, instead I should call Walter D*** I have been trying to reach D [redacted] for a weekNo replies, no answer, nothingWhat the hell?! What kind of lousy company is this? Never in my life have I had such a poor response (no response!) from an insurance companyIs this their business strategy to avoid paying claims??? Finally, I decided to look online to see what customer reviews exist for AcceptanceThat's when I found this site, and guess what? No reviews are positive for AcceptanceIn fact, on the Internet I have found hundreds of poor reviews for this company!

This company has the worst customer serviceA representative had answered my call but he seemed to be unprepared to any calls at allIt sounding like he was cupping the phone for maybe two minutes or soI heard a conversation that went on as I patiently waitedThen I heard laughter in the background and that is when my patience dissapearedFinally he was ready to talk so I asked him if this call is being recorded because I told him this is not what customer service is aboutHe hung up on me

I will like to file a complaint about my experience with [redacted] Tel: (XXX) XXX-XXXXWe had been calling her for over a month now and had called her atleast times and leaving voice messages in all those times since she had our car pick up on 09/due to flood damageWe don't know where our car is and the status of our vehicle and she is still hadn't call us backMy claim number is XXXXXXXXX

I am really confused how they process of the claimI am stuck in contacting with a claim adjusterMy problem was that they rarely call me back as the custom promisedFrom the complaints and reviews, it seems this is the tradition of this companyWhat I need is just a answerCall me back, my claim number is [redacted] , otherwise I will take some actions to save my time

This was my first accident, so I really didn't know how the process worked, but they were somewhat helpfulMy only problem was that you never get an answer when you call and you rarely get call backs and I don't understand why the mail seems to take so long for themIt took weeks for me to receive my total loss paper work and another weeks for them to receive it backMy payment was suppose to have been issued on 12/15/but I have yet to receive that in the mailOverall my experience wasn't so bad, just hoping I'll one-day receive the payment

Acceptance insurance is absolutely horrible at the handling of claimsMy car has been damaged for over a monthThe claim adjuster never calls and when I attempt to call her it's weeks before she calls backAs soon as my car is repaired I am switching insurance companies

This would be the last company I would recommend to anyone ever usingI personally do not use this company but was involved in an auto accident with one of their claim holders on 02/05/My car was deemed totaled on 02/15/I am currently on my 3rd adjuster that they have transferred me toIt is next to impossible to get into contact with anyone there who wants to actually do their jobI still have not even received the offer on my car and it is now 02/24/If you're looking for insurance I can guarantee this IS NOT the company you should useAlso, pray you're never involved in an accident with any of their policy holders!

I'm with a dealershipI called the claims line working on getting info on a customer that was in an accident in one of our carsI was basically calling to verify the paper work was turned in on the recent accidentThe rep I talked to was actually really rude, he said there where files he would have to look through to find the one I was looking for because I didn't have the date of the accident I asked him if he could look through them, it should be the most recent He says "excuse me?" I asked again could he please look through them He tells me okay, I hold for minutes and at 6pm when they close he hangs up on me and I call back and cant reach any one! I was on hold minutes prior to that call with them earlier that day and was sent to a voicemail.....still no return call I'm very happy I don't have insurance with them, really would hate to be in a accident and cant get any info or respect!
