I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response mostly satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.However, I do not feel that the business's response is entirely accurate/truthfulI did receive a GENERIC email from the company business days after my initial email 1/29/17, yet it was the only correspondence I received until 1/25/when they finally offered a resolutionIt wasn't until after I contacted the Revdex.com 1/16/after I had sent a second email 1/10/that failed to generate a response from the companyIt took nearly a MONTH and a Revdex.com inquiry to receive a resolution let alone any real correspondence from First ActWhile I do appreciate that the company ultimately decided to replace the product, the lengths to which I had to go to receive actual communication and resolution is, in my opinion, outrageous and absurdI will most likely avoid this company going forward but hope that First Act uses this experiences to improve their costumer service
