Errors of that type may require the customer to re-order a background reportPrevious fingerprinting may be repurposed for new background reports depending on the ordering customer’s preferencesThis should be communicated by the employer at the time of securing the applicant’s consent
Since Ms*** was submitted with an incorrect SSN on her first order, she had to submit fingerprintsHer second order (also submitted with the incorrect SSN) repurposed the fingerprints from her first order. Her third order was submitted with her correct SSN and the fingerprints were repurposed from an order submitted with that SSN in a prior year

I contacted a consumer Attorney to resolve my issues, I can't talk with or get a hold any one in management and can't get any information on new credit report and if I lose my job offer from [redacted], First Advantage with have legal issue's to deal with.
