Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I guess if you fix your furnace work should be done so you done have problems?

We were married at Cupid's Chapel of Love in 2002! Since this was a second marriage for both of us, we wanted something small but special and very sacred. Cupid's filled the bill perfectly! The minister performed the ceremony with dignity and a great deal of thought. He had spoken with us and knew what we wanted and how we felt, that marriage was sacred, yet we wanted our service to reflect our personalities! I would highly recommend the chapel!

Mr. [redacted] purchased a [redacted] furnace from our company in October of 2006. Our warranty was one ycar labor, 5 year parts (component only). His labor warranty was expired on November 9, 2007 and his part warranty was expired
10pt;">on November 9, 2011 which he has in writing from a letter sent to him with instruction manuals in 2008.
Mr. [redacted] contacted us in September of 2013 asking us to quote a repair for him that was diagnosed by another company. At the time of the conversation he asked specifically what we would do about the bill from [redacted] that he accrued. Since we had not been to his home since 2009 and we were not called to do the diagnostic I told him up front that I would not do anything about the bill from [redacted] and explained that we can only warranty our own work. He then asked me to quote the repair. Our flat rate pricing guide to replace his control board, motor, capacitor, and air bear media would have exceeded over $1000.00. He was not satisfied with that and agreed to a discounted price of $800.00 over the phone with me. We went out on September 16, 2013 and did the repairs as quoted and approved by Mr. [redacted]. He signed his work order acknowledging that he had the authority to approve the work, he also singed where it said he acknowledges the satisfactory completion of the above described work. I have not heard back from him since that he was dissatisfied with the work performed or the repairs performed. I also agreed to allow him to split his payment on the bill as he stated he would not be able to pay it at one time. We billed him September 18, 2013. His first payment was October 14, 2013 and his final was December 4, 2013. The final payment was over 30 days and we did not charge any penalty or interest.
At this time we do not feel we owe Mr. [redacted] any monetary compensation. We do not wish to reimburse him for work not performed by our company and we feel we did perform our service to the highest of quality at a discounted price, which he signed stating that he was satisfied with at the time of service. Please contact me if you have any questions or need any paperwork.
