We spoke to the warranty company and they want us to go out and check the machine again.  I need a second opinion because the tech--who is no longer with us--did not communicate any of this to us.

repair. The total for the job was $166.79 which was paid with an initial charge of $74 and upon completion, was charged the balance of $92.79. If the technician had all of the paperwork with him, there is no way for the office to look up pricing information.  Nobody was "snotty" with this customer and while we try our best to accommodate customers, the customer has no reason to yell at the person on the phone.
