I am rejecting this response because:Dear Representative,We must certainly are consumers of your businessservice. We received directcommunication via email from your representative for a Mortgage pre-approvalletter We also received a sales pitch fromyour rep regarding the fast speed of your mortgage process. We were promised a day turnaround and thisled us to our decision to accept your company as the mortgage lender for ourreal estate transaction. We regularlycommunicated with your mortgage rep and learned how many excuses one personcould give. We also were required to deliver our contractand also sign official documents requested by your rep. We also received a congratulatory email fromyour rep that the mortgage was fully approved and committed. Weused this information to make business decisions that affect our saleOnlyweeks later did we learn that the mortgage had contingencies. Let’s put this into perspective. If your company was hired by my neighbor totrim branches for a tree that was 50% on my property and you damaged my propertywould I not be entitled to complain about your services? Thistransaction is no different. Myfinancial well-being is fully dependent on your company’s ability to deliver a timelymortgage to my buyer. We have beenwaiting about months and still no firm commitment even though my buyer hasbeen cooperative in the process That iscertainly not good customer service Your dismissing of my claims is an example you’reyour company’s disregard for the impact to me. I certainly am affected. You should be looking into this and provideme with detailed reasons why this process is not completed yet and doing yourbest to resolve this. Otherwise thiscomplaint should stand and become public record Thank you for your assistance

I'm glad to see that others have had a good experience with FAHM but unfortunately I did notSam, a loan processor, insisted that I get wire instructions for all of the accounts that I would be paying off with the consolidation of debt into my mortgageThis took a couple of hours of effort on my part as I had to call every company repeatedly and request this informationSam said that a simple payoff would not workAfter I got all of that information and our loan closed I found out that the funds were not wired for payoffs but checks were mailedAnd no the checks were not mailed to the vendors but they were mailed to me directly for me to mail to the different vendorsWith the Thanksgiving holiday I get to overnight (at my cost) these checks out so that I don't incur additional interestIn addition to this David Gartrell did not know that if you have had a title policy issued within a certain amount of time you could get a reduction in the amount of the premium for your current title policyI had to do all of the legwork on this and saved myself $I would never use this company again

Review: We are the sellers of a home in [redacted]. Our buyer Applied for a mortgage with First Alliance in April 2015. Before we signed the contract with the buyer we spoke with the loan officer. He promised us that he would expedite the loan and would have an approval in as little as 15 days. We all agreed that the closing would most easily occur in the middle of May. It is now almost 3 months and we are still waiting for the mortgage. We have contacted the loan office, numerous times and always seem to get an excuse. When we ask for detailed information regarding the remaining steps, it is never explained and we are tired of getting lied to. Back on June 9th, we received an email from loan officer that congratulated the buyer and us that the mortgage was fully approved and committed. We tried numerous times to set a closing date, but the loan officer stopped communicating with us. This forced us to call a time is of the essence. Only on the day final day of the essence letter June 30th, did we learn that there were contingencies that needed to be met. Then the loan officer said that the closing would occur on July 2nd, However on July 1st, he asks for yet again an addition piece of information regarding if the buyer has children or alimony. We have no confidence in anything the loan officer has to say, he is a liar. He even blamed the title insurance company that they were old ladies with typewriters there. That is certainly not true. We also sent emails to the president and VP asking for their help with no reply. Holding this house empty is very costly and also very upsetting for we needed to get ready for closing that never happen. Now we are getting to the point of putting the house back on the market for we have no confidence in waiting for this mortgage. I feel helpless and victimized by this companyDesired Settlement: An answer from a senior member of the company on whether or not this mortgage Loan #[redacted] is approved ASAP and when the funds and packet are available for closing. Also a commitment from the company to cover our loses if this new date is not met. We can not wait indefinitely. We would like Mr [redacted] removed from this account and would like you to consider firing him. he is unethical and a lair.
