Problem:In May of I was approached by First Alliance Processing stating that they could help me obtain a mortgage modificationPaperwork prepared by them was not prepared properly several timesIn addition, I could never get hold of anyoneIn January 2016, I contacted Revdex.com to get First Alliance Processing to speak with meI received an immediate response stating that they would "get to my account whenever it comes across in billing"I emailed them in return weeks laterThey then stated that they would be mailing me a "refund request form"No such form was mailedI never received itI even told them soHere it is a year laterNo refund slipAnd they stole my dollars on closing costs on a mortgage that I was not approved forI want my money back. Desired Outcome:I would like my money back that they stole from me.

First Alliance Processing has been looking into Mr*** file in regards to his requested refundFirst Alliance Processing obtains record of which clearly indicates Mr*** only made one payment of $1,He did not provide a second payment as he announcesMr*** declares First
Alliance Processing told him it was 100% satisfaction guarantee, there is a signed contract agreement between both parties where it asserts in writing "First Alliance Processing does not guarantee results in conjunction with this document preparation services." Our company kept in contact with Mr*** every 6-business daysThe client decided to opt out of the program,9-24-2015, before we reached final results with himIn the signed agreement it clarifies the client may cancel or rescind this contract without penalty or obligation within three business days from the original executions date of this contract, which in this case was 8-14-Mr*** had no valid reasoning for cancellation of services or for his refund request

First Alliance Processing obtains all record of call/email logins and it indeed confirms communication with the client's lender and the client itselfOur policies state if the client opts out of the program by own will, then there is no refundRefund would be applicable if the client would have stayed through the process and then received negative resultsAs for Mr***'s second payment, it was never sent out to usWe provided the client with a FedEx label for his payment, that FedEx label has been tracked down and confirmed to never be sent out to First Alliance Processing

In other words they have 2200$ of ours. Until the check is sent back as stated and our other $1100 is refunded that is what is owed. How a company can get away with taking our money but ignoring all calls. I have phone records shown of the calls going out and none coming back or being returned. They have noted this on our account or as they say. Our mortgage company can state this as well because they would call us directly. They didn't give their service that was signed for by any means. In the court of law, they would be able to see this with the documents given per phone records.

Review: This company sent us a card in the mail back in Aug of 2015 concerning lowering our mortgage. We received a Schedule of payment for about 300 or so less of what we where currently paying that they claimed the banks had to approved the plain due to the Harp program and not to make anymore payments to the bank until Nov (the date the first new payment was due). We where told to sign the new payment schedule contract and pay them 2575 for closing. After months and month of back and forth our bank Denied the payment. Then they told me they would submit a appeal and the banks always approve the appeal and that also was Denied. I was told that I should have no problem in getting a refund and they sent my request over to Accounting/Billing. I was provide with a number to check status of the refund that I called for two weeks and never talked to one person only voicemail. I then call the person back who worked the case and she provide me with a e-mail address. Someone answer the first three or four e-mails and told me they sent me a refund form to fill out that I never received and that was 3 weeks ago. My last response from them was to be patient the form is coming. I want/need my $2575 back as I am now facing foreclosure on my home. Please assist in getting my refund back to me as I don't know what else to do.Desired Settlement: Refund needed ASAP.

Review: I am due a refund of the closing costs in the amount of $2,100.00 that was paid under contract with this company. My mortgage loan modification was denied by my lender, and according to the contract, if it is denied, I am due a refund of their service fees. I have been trying to get this refund since November 25, 2015. I have left numerous messages and I never get a return phone call. I finally got contact with someone who responds to their billing email address, and they told me my refund would come between Jan 21-27th. After that, they emailed me to inform me that a refund request form had been mailed to me Jan. 13th. I still have not received the form. I asked about the form, they told me it was indeed mailed to me and to be patient, they have other files they are working on. I have been more than patient and I need my money back! They told me a Mr. [redacted] was working on my file and to leave a voicemail with him. He still has not called me back. I am starting to think they are scamming people out of their money to do a service people can do themselves. Please help!Desired Settlement: I just want them to hold up their end of the contract and send me my refund ASAP!!
