I had them iron a patch on my jacket. When I picked jacket up I noticed when I got home the zipper was melted shut. I can no longer unzip the jacket. So I took jacket back to them next morning and he said nothing he can do. I dont believe I should take the loss of a new jacket due to someone else damaging it.
I paid to get zipper replaced. It cost $30. I took receipt into the business. Told them they should make it right and refund me the $30. I also gave them a copy of the receipt. I'm waiting on a response from them.
Customers Female friend dropped off the product... As per our terms and FAQ, Which clearly states we are NOT responsible for customer supplied garments. NOR will we replace or pay for them.
Customer Supplied the Coat and Patch that was asked to be heat applied. Coat was dropped off for embroidery work which we did on the other side opposite the patch they asked us to affix. The embroidery work was preformed flawlessly.
Again we do NOT warrant customer supplied Goods, We sure do NOT warrant customer supplied patches NOR would We know that there is a plastic zipper on this customer supplied garment.
We are a clothing company that sells clothing and apparel... customer did NOT choose to buy from us, in stead choose to bring in their own coat and while we tried to help them not having knowledge of the coat supplied or what type of decorating service can be preformed to it.
As mentioned, Customer supplied garments are NOT warranted which is stated on our website and with a placemarker located in the store front as well on the the order sheet the customer signed which is a binding document to the services preformed.
Not only are we NOT responsible, we also refunded the belligerent customer for the Services we did preform... Far as we are concerned this case is closed and we went above and beyond of what we are supposed to do to help this customer.
Further more because this customer was so belligerent, we will NO longer preform any services for this said customer ever again.
