exceptional service and appreciates Ms. XXXXX's inquiry. We sincerely empathize with Ms. XXXXX's frustration, and attempted to reach her at the contact information provided with no success. The intention of our call was to discuss the reasons for the negative account scenario described as well as offer several solutions to avoid future occurrences. The following factors contributed to drawing Ms. XXXXX's account negative: • First American processed the payment on the date provided by XXXXXXXX XXXXXX (this was verified on the electronic payment submitted by XXXXXXXX XXXXXX). The XXXXXXXX XXXXXX statement Ms. XXXXX provided shows the payment debiting her XXXXXXXX XXXXXX account on the date of her payday. However, XXXXXXXX XXXXXX submits the payment to First American after Ms. XXXXX's payday (usually within 1-2 business days). • Unfortunately, by the time the item is submitted for payment to Ms. XXXXX's First American account, the funds were no longer available or had been utilized for other expenditures by Ms. XXXXX. As a solution, First American provides account access to all membership through a variety of platforms to include online, mobile and telephone banking. This will allow Ms. XXXXX the ability to check real time balances and verify if/when an item has cleared her account. Additionally, I have provided Ms. XXXXX my contact information at her email address on file to assist with this matter further or with any future scenarios. We sincerely value Ms. XXXXX as well as her membership at the credit union, and appreciate her business. Again, we thank the Revdex.com for the opportunity to respond and shall consider this matter closed unless we hear otherwise from the Revdex.com or our member. I am rejecting this response because:  I have talk to Paycheck Direct and they told me that it is send on my payday.  The letter I provided even states that a lot of the payments where on time  and why that happen.  To me $35 is a lot of money to me.  Both companies are just pointing fingers at each other and not helping at all.  I don't know what to do.
