First Assembly Living Center

My mother is a resident of this establishment and the problems are among many. But more abundantly is the issue of finances!
These people receive all money required for my mother to be a resident directly from Social Security and Medicaid/Medicare. The only money she receives is from an allotted amount which is an amount all residents receivebeing that the facility becomes Pay-E.
But for reasons being that they have had several issues with Staff and Misconduct of money. They new regime wants to always place blame on the residents.
So they are threatening to have my mother removed because they do such a lousy job of monitoring the individuals in control of funds.
They have had two to three issues of having to fire staff for issues of Money misappropriation...and each time they try to drop responsibility on my mother. This place has a history of complaints....my mother never touches her money personally so how can they come up with what was being done with it by the facility staff being her fault?
They just fired a list of staff for this reason as I type this and it is being said by staff members that it's because the administration was caught mishandling (stealing)money.
And the new staff has given my mother 30 Days to come up with the money she doesn't owe because her rent and amenities were government paid.
I Need Help ASAP!!!
