Review: I attempted to resolve an issue with my personal checking account today only to be misled that the branch manager would return my call. I called back again to speak with the branch manager and was tol that she had left for the day. At this time I called the 1-800 number at spoke with a [redacted] and ask to have the name and number of the Regional branch manager and the attitude was very sarcastic and rude. I left a message explaining the urgency of a return callback only to receive no callback. My reason for contacting you is that the bank accessed my account three (3) nsf fees that I would like to have removed. I am a long time customer with FAFCU for over 30 years and I can say that within that time I have maintained a good standing with my account with the exception of the past 6 Months. I noticed that the two charges were due to me setting up an additional account with my bank to transfer money. The outside bank did a verification of two small amounts of .13 & $.16. Because of this transaction FAFCU charged me two (2) nsf fees. I then made a mobile deposit on April 2nd to cover my pending transaction and although they deposited the check into my account they still proceeded to charge my account another nsf fee.

I would like for FAFCU to refund my account a total of $114. I would also like to bring to your attention that I was informed by individuals who are experienced in the banking system that as a customer you can request to get the name and number of the branch manager with being made to feel that you do not have any other recourse.

In addition a letter of apology for the misinformation and an explanation of their policy on teller responsibility and manager responsibility. I was informed that only a manager at their discretion can handle such matters, but in my case I didn't get that opportunity. To not get a callback leaves the customer feeling that they are not important and it shows a lack customer service.

Review: The credit union states that they paid [redacted] in the amount of $19, 000 as written on the autodraft that was suppose to be funded by March 11, 2014 and was conferred to me by phone as paid to [redacted] for a 2009 [redacted] The credit has failed to provided written notice of the paid amount of $19, 000 or a voided check stating the paid amount. I, the buyer had to pay the credit union a payment on March 31, 2014 for my first car payment for a vehicle I have not received and I do not feel that is fair. I would to receive the vehicle as soon as possible and the amount paid the dealership.Desired Settlement: Written notice in the amount of $19, 000 or voided check stating the amount was paid to [redacted], and receive the vehicle.
