My review of this company is that they are absolutely useless I started calling First Automotive for approximately one month trying to obtain approval to take my car for service I was originally told that I needed to obtain a letter from my AutoBranch (dealership no longer in business) advising that they do not have a repair facility on their premises After making many phone calls from work, I was finally advised \"Yes, my Supervisor told me that they don\'t have a repair facility, so you can take your car to any repair facility\"With that said, I took my car to the Ed Morse Cadillac dealership After receiving that deflating phone call from the service manager telling me that the job will not be covered by my warranty company and paying for the diagnostic fee of $189.50, I was absolutely, without a doubt pissed off because I am paying for a service that according to the service manager \"is the lowest of the low warranty\" and that \"he has never seen anything like it...\" Needless to say, I took to social media and expressed my deepest regret, my experience and advised my friends and family to never purchase a warranty service contract with this company

December 5, 2017Via Revdex.com [redacted] ** ***Re: [redacted] , [redacted] – Contract No [redacted] / Claim No [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] : We received your complaint regarding the Vehicle Service Agreement (“VSA”) referenced above and will try to address all of the issues you presented In the complaint you stated “I said ok contact the warranty company that was forced upon us to buy with the purchase of the car for almost and it should be covered.” I have attached a copy of the contract and at the very beginning it states: IMPORTANT: Purchase of the Contract is not required in order to purchase or obtain financing for a motor vehicle.“The problem I have is nowhere in the protection brochure does it say that the repairs are paid out of pocket and then reimbursed.” In the contract it states: Section ECOVERED PARTS Subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, We will pay, or reimburse You, for the reasonable costs to repair or replace The claim in question was initiated on December 1, from a MIDAS repair facilityThey were unable to produce a “finalized” invoice with which we can issue a direct payment by Credit CardUnder the circumstances, we can still process a claimHowever, it can only be if the customer pays the shop for the repairs and submits the claim for reimbursement, which is what happened in this caseThe payment issue was explained to the Service Advisor at the beginning of the claim process The Service Advisor was advised to contact you and we were told that you agreed to go forwardAs of today, your payment has been sent to the accounting department to be processed If you would still like to cancel your contract, please email [redacted] Please see below for the information you need to provide and details about the cancellation process GCANCELLATION OF THIS CONTRACTCancellation By You You may cancel this Contract at any time by notifying the Administrator or LienholderYour cancellation notice must be accompanied by the then-current Vehicle mileageIf the Contract Price was financed, any and all refunds will be paid to the LienholderWe trust that the information provided satisfies any and all inquiries regarding the above listed VSA and the claim involved herein If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us Sincerely, David M**General Counsel
