Unfortunately, my first experience with Hometurf hasnt be positive. My wife had renewed with our regular provide for our annual lawn fertilizer services, and I mistake the hometurf as our regular provide as it had cr,etc. Paid for annual service, our yard got done twice and when I call upon founding out the error I had made - to find out I could cancel but they would not refund for balance of the pre-paid year. They will issue a credit on your file. Call my regular provider who advise us they issue refunds if annual services are cancelled, had to believe a firm in today's market would not issue a refund in a competitive market place.
