I would give 0 stars if possible.This bank has the absolute worst customer service and follow through in their mortgage/lending department. Going on 90 days of waiting for them to do their job. Incompetence at it's finest! Dates given and changed every other day. NEVER EVER again. If we had not already invested so much time and money at this point I would go to another lender. Still very well may do just that.
Review: First Bank Financial Centre collected $6300 from me to complete (2) Appraisals and (2) Environmental Tests. They were going to consolidate my current Preschool and Kindergarten building into a loan with our second location. After they ordered the wrong appraisal, they declined my loan. I am now working with a new lender and they are withholding all of this information which is still helpful to me, and that I paid for. They have no interest in these properties, are claiming first that they already sent me the information, then that they do not have to give me the information, and now have asked that I pay them an additional $50 in copying fees! They declined the loan mid May and I have been calling and email for over 3 months and they keep giving me a run around.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive all of my documents that I have paid for, in full, promptly.
